Executive Director, Every Child Can Read

• Lead and implement organizational policies and programs
• Collaborate with the Board to create and execute strategic plans
• Oversee fundraising, budgeting, and financial management
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the community
• Manage staff and volunteer recruitment and development

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including schools, government agencies, and community leaders
• Experience in non-profit management, fundraising, and public relations
